McCASLAND

Andrew Travis McCasland, age 75, of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2006. He was born in Houston, Texas to John and Ruth McCasland on November 3, 1930.

After retiring from Mosher Steel, Travis worked for Lake Water Wheel P.O.A. as maintenance/overseer.

He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Warren McCasland; son, J. Stephen McCasland; sister, May Engelhardt; brother, John D. McCasland; grandchildren, Andrew S. McCasland, Alisha B. McCasland and many nieces, nephews and other loving and family members and caring friends. He is preceded in death by his son, Daniel Wayne McCasland.

Graveside services were held Sunday, March 5, 2006, 3:00 p.m. at Restland Memorial Cemetery, Goodrich, Texas, Dr. Preston Baker officiated

 

McGarrah

Alamo McGarrah, age 86, of Dayton, Texas, passed away Friday, March 03, 2006. She was born in Mineola, Texas to Thomas Jefferson and Bessie Ellen Crone on March 31, 1919.

She is survived by her children, Norma Gail Lee, Cora Ellen Zorn, Sharon Elaine Tucker, Fred McGarrah, Thomas Bruce McGarrah; sisters, Bessie Gregory, Louise Taylor, Mildred Hodges; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great- great- grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday March 7, 2006, 2:00 p.m., Rural Shade Baptist Cleveland, Texas. Dr. Bryon Reeves conducted the service with interment at Ryan Cemetery.

 

Youngblood

Gladys A. Cole Youngblood, 99, of Hull, died Saturday, March 4, 2006, at the Liberty-Dayton Community Hospital in Liberty.

Funeral services will be held at 1 Pm, Monday, March 6, 2006, at the First United Methodist Church in Daisetta with burial following at the Rosewood cemetery in Humble. Visitation will be held from 11 Am to 1 Pm, Monday, at the church. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.

Gladys was born March 1, 1907, in DeRidder, LA, to parents; Gustavus and Bertha Miller Cole, a former resident of Bogotá, Columbia, and has resided in the Hull-Daisetta area for the past 50 years. She was a homemaker and retired registered nurse, graduate of the Dry Creek High School class of 1926, graduate of the Lutcher-Moore Hospital Nursing Program, member and former communion steward of the First United Methodist Church in Daisetta, member and past worthy matron of the Order of Eastern Star, member of the Hull-Daisetta Garden Club, and enjoyed arranging flowers and playing bridge.

Mrs. Youngblood was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 70 years: James “Grady” Youngblood, and brothers: Ray Leon, Murrell G., and Mancel S. Cole. She is survived by her sisters: Ollie Cole Payne of DeRidder, LA, and Genevieve Cole Nichols of Jennings, LA, brothers: George H. Cole of LaFayette, LA and Marshall E. Cole of Woodville, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

 

SULLIVAN

Sarah Naomi Sullivan, age 88, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2006. She was born in Coldspring, Texas to Alexander and Rosa Atkinson on December 29, 1917.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia F. Keeler and husband, Robert L.; step-sons, Kenneth Sullivan, wife Peggy, children Bea and Lauren, Kurt Sullivan numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and others who knew and loved her and called her “Aunt Sarah” or “Mom”. Her faithful caregivers, Patricia Keeler, Nancy Krupp, Linda Anderson, Hannah Keeler and her faithful dog, “Miss Kitty”.

Pastor George Davis conducted funeral services held Monday, March 13, 2006, 10:00 a.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Coldspring, Texas.

 

McADAMS

Daniel Edward McAdams, III, age 21, of Livingston, Texas, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2006. He was born in Galveston, Texas to Daniel Edward McAdams, Jr. and Tina Diane McAdams on April 24, 1984.

He is survived by his wife, Tori McAdams; parents, Daniel and Tina McAdams; grandparents, Daniel and Ina McAdams, Joe and Bobby Willis; sisters, Jami Johns and Cindy McAdams; brother, Jona McAdams; nephews, Caleb Johns, David Derkerlegand, Aingel McAdams, Aiden McAdams; nieces, Chelsey Johns and Destiny Derkerlegand; wife’s family, Timothy Beane, Delayna Beane, and Keith Beane and many other loving family members and caring friends.

Graveside services were held Friday, March 10, 2006, 2:00 p.m. at Farley Chapel Cemetery.

 

TEW

Edith Mae Tew, age 76, was born in Clinton, Arkansas, February 28, 1930 to Jessie Earl and Gladys Ussery. Edith passed away peacefully after a long illness March 5, 2006.

She is survived by her sons, Marvin Tew and wife, Gail, Bobby Tew and wife, Linda, Dewayne Tew and wife, Terri, Shannon Tew; daughters, Gloria Coward and companion Gene Whitmire, Patsy Pyle; nine grandchildren, Julie, Lynn, Gregory Brantley, Tammy Lynn, Amanda, Angie, Justin, Trisha, Christina; eleven great-grandchildren; sisters, Joyce Woods and husband, Travis, Sue Ann Strange, Joyce U. Bonds, Agnes Davis; brother, Charles Ussery and wife, Layte and many nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Tew; sons, Michael Tew and Ronald Tew; grandson, Bobby Tew and her mother and father.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2006, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2006, 11:00 a.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Rev. Eddie Whitmire conducted the service with interment at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens.

 

Odom

Ruby Hase Patterson Odom, 92, died Tuesday, March 07, 2006 at home in Liberty, Texas. A native of Sour Lake, Mrs. Odom had lived most of her life in the Liberty area. She was born April 9, 1913 to parents Robert “Bob” and Georgia Mouser Patterson. She had worked as a beautician in Liberty and at Johnston’s Grocery in Hull. Mrs. Odom enjoyed cooking for other people, sewing, and crocheting.

Services for Mrs. Odom will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 9, 2006 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home with Mr. Phil Fitzgerald officiating. Interment will follow at Gardner Cemetery in Warren, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Ernest Garner and husband Fred Odom. She is survived by her daughter: Barbara Taylor and husband Kenneth of Liberty; sister: Rose Freeze of New Iberia, Louisiana; three granddaughters: Wydette Hulvey and husband David, Darlene Thornton and husband Dudley, Cindy Collins and husband Ted; five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Mrs. Odom will be Wednesday, March 8, 2006 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton, Texas.

 

Morton

Stella Yvonne Byerly Morton, 77, was called by her heavenly father, Wednesday, March 08, 2006 in Baytown after an extended illness. She was born May 1, 1928 in Jasper, Texas to parents, Andrew J. and Maudie Ellis Byerly. She attended Jasper High School. Mrs. Morton had lived in Dayton for over 47 years. She retired in 1984 from AT&T where she had worked in the business office for 15 years. She then supervised 6 rural phone center stores for 5 years.

A member of the First Baptist Church in Dayton since 1964, she felt that the biggest blessing in her life was the work she did for the Lord through the church. She served in many capacities, as President of Ladies 6 Sunday School Class since 1984, on the Teller Committee from 1984 until 1999, encouraged a home bound tape ministry that was started in 1999, participated in a ministry to Special Friends on the Holiday’s and a ministry to take birthday gifts to Heritage Manor each month. She was past member of Lambda Alpha Sigma, the Woman’s Club of Dayton and the Telephone Pioneers of America.

Services will be 1:30 p.m., Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Dayton with the Rev. Randy Piatt officiating. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Jasper, Texas under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Dayton.

Mrs. Morton was preceded in death by her parents, her husband J.T. Morton, brothers: Alton Byerly and Bronson Byerly. She is survived by her son: Jack Morton and wife Cheryl of Austin and one granddaughter: Meredith Leigh Morton of Austin and the “Hillcrest Bunch”. She will always be remembered and beloved by her family for her undying support of every activity and for the unconditional love that she gave so naturally.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.

 

Chaparro

Jesus Ruben Chaparro, 55, of Dayton, died Thursday, March 9, 2006, at his residence.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am, Saturday, March 11, 2006, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Liberty with burial following at Palms Memorial Park in Dayton. Visitation will be held from noon to 9 pm, Friday, with rosary services at 7 pm, Friday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.

Jesus was born March 7, 1951 in Chihuahua, Mexico, to parents; Felix and Flurencia Chaparro, and has resided in the Dayton area for the past 15 years. He was a retired ranch hand and custodian at the Woodrow Wilson Junior High School, member and Eucharist Minister at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and enjoyed working around his house and spending time with his family.

Mr. Chaparro is survived by his wife: Maria Irma Gonzalez Chaparro of Dayton, daughter: Elizabeth Lopez and husband Alfredo of Dayton, son: Ruben Chaparro and wife Aida of Dayton, grandchildren: Idali Lopez and Lexis Chaparro, parents: Felix and Flurencia Chaparro, brothers and sisters: Ignacio Chaparro, Maria Gonzalez, Feliciana Chaparro, Agustin Chaparro, Marta Chaparro, Lola Chaparro, Lupe Arevalo, Manuel Chaparro, and Bonifacio Chaparro, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

 

ADCOCK

Diane Lee Adcock, age 52, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2006. She was born in DeQuincy, Louisiana on June 24, 1953 to Drie Lynn and Jo Ann Little.

She is survived by her husband, Sam Adcock; son, Brian Adcock and wife, Cheron; daughter, Holly Ward and husband, Alan; grandchildren, Lauren Adcock, Zadra Ward, Leah Ward; and her mother, Jo Ann Little. She is preceded in death by her father, Orie Lynn Little.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 14, 2006, 1:00 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Coldspring, Texas. Rev. Glen Little conducted the service with interment at Old Waverly Cemetery.

 

PHILLIPS

Mary Ann Moultbia Phillips, born to Earl Lee and Melzie Lee Moultbia on June 8, 1948 in Lukin, Texas. The Moultbia’s later moved to Houston, Texas.

Mary Ann attended Kashmere High School in Houston and graduated in 1966.

She started her walk with Christ at an early age, and joined St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Houston under the direction of Rev. J.C. Franklin.

In 1967, she met Eddie Earl Phillips of Crosby, Texas and they wree married on April 28, 1968. To this union, four children were born. They later moved to Shepherd, Texas.

She was a faithful employee at the United States Post Office in Houston for over eleven (11) years.

Mary Ann continued her walk with Christ under the direction of Rev. M.M. Harp at Lake Station Missionary Baptist Church in Shepherd. In 2005, she moved her membership to Lake Pool Missionary Baptist Church under the direction of Rev. Murry Williams, where she served until her departure from this life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Lee and Melzie Moultbia, two brothers, Thomas and Leroy Daniels and one child, Wesly E. Phillips.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Eddie Earl Phillips; three children, Sandra Phillips Cooper and husband, Michael of Shepherd, Texas, April Ellice Phillips Adeoye and husband, Babafemi of Houston, Texas, and Eddie Earl Phillips, Jr. and wife, Andrea of Norristown, Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Arin Taelor Phillips, Amanda Ashley Phillips, Alea Adriana Phillips, Kayla Nicole Phillips and Christian Vincent Phillips; one brother, Donald Ray Moultbia and wife, Molly of Houston, Texas; one sister Elsie Lee Williams of Shepherd, Texas; sister-in-law, Jewel V. Daniels and husband, Leroy (deceased) of La Marque, Texas; and a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, loved ones and friends and Her most faithful friend and companion, “Cep” (her dog).

Funeral services were held Friday, March 10, 2006 11:30 a.m. at Lake Station Missionary Baptist Church, Shepherd, Texas. Rev. Murry Williams conducted the service with interment afterwards at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas.

 

RUTHERFORD

Lona Mae Rutherford, age 98, died March 10, 2006 in Cleveland, Texas. She was born December 19, 1907 in Sour Lake, Texas to Levi and Callie Bass. She is preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, J.H. (Jody) Rutherford; her oldest son, Garland Rutherford and her youngest daughter, Dale Rutherford Everitt. Also preceding her in death were her parents, three brothers, one sister, two grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one great-great-grandchild.

Left to mourn her death are four daughters: Ruth Beshears Dean Hopkins, Alma Faulkner and Faye Carter; and daughter-in-law Ann Rutherford. Four sons, Jack Rutherford and wife, Willie, Joe Rutherford, Dennis Ray Rutherford and wife, Pat, D.W. Rutherford, son-in-law, Gordon Everitt; sister, Bertha Linscomb brother-in-law, J.J. Rutherford.

Also surviving are 29, grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, 32 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Sunday, March 12, 2006, 2:30 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Rev. Melvin Lowe conducted the service with interment at Morgan Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.

Robin Renee Michel of Kingwood, Texas, passed away Friday, March 10, 2006 at the age of 41. She was born in Houston, Texas to Hugh F. and Margaret Johnson on November 10, 1964.

She is survived by her husband, Christopher Michel; step-sons, Brad Michel, Ryan Michel; parents, Hugh F. and Margaret; brother, Chris Johnson; sisters, Lisa Napier and husband, David, Lori Erickson and husband, Dennis; nephews, Jacob Napier, Samuel Napier, Ryan Johnson, Nicholns Johnson; niece, Kristen Phillips; her special friend, “Beamer”; with man aunts, uncles and cousins and other loving family members and caring friends.

Dorothy Ballard (mawmaw), age 74, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2006. She was born in Brazoria, Texas on February 3, 1932. Memorial services were held Saturday, March 18, 2006, 1:00 p.m. at Ace Community Center, Romayor, Texas.

Iva Atkinson, 86, of Livingston, Texas, passed away, Saturday, March 11, 2006. She was born in Centerville, Texas on April 10, 1919 to Thomas Sauel and Gertie Annie Shaw.

She is survived by her sons, James Earl and Joyce Atkinson (Step-Son), Gary Lee and Beth Atkinson, Larry Lynn Atkinson; daughters, Geraldine and John Thompson, Ann and Melvin Holifield, Minnie Haynes, Lynda and John Elliot, Joan and James Dobson, Hope and Steve Sartor with numerous grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving and caring family members. Mary Roseann “Curly” Tanton, 50, of Liberty died Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at home after an extended illness. She was born November 17, 1955 in Fred, Texas to parents, Daniel Alfred and Verna Freeman Moore. She had lived most of her life in Liberty where she worked as a CNA. She enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. She also enjoyed knitting, cooking and quilting.

Service for Mrs. Tanton will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2006 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Dayton with Brother J.O. Hendricks and Pastor JoAnne Vinning officiating. Interment will follow at Hardin Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Dayton.

Mrs. Tanton was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband: Bobby J. Tanton of Liberty; daughters: Charlotte “Nay Nay” Eberlee and husband Cameron of China, Texas; Mary Roseann “Sweet Pea” Jackson and husband Travis of Fort Campbell, Kentucky; and Verna “Bright Eyes” Tanton and husband O’Neal of Liberty, Texas; sons: Bobby J. “Peddy” Tanton and wife Lisa of Liberty, Texas and Steven Tanton of Brenham, Texas; eleven grandchildren; three brothers and six sisters, also numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Juanita Maye Cox of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2006 at the age of 72. She was born in Jonesboro, Louisiana on April 29, 1933.

Joe Milton Mitchell of Splendora, Texas, passed away Monday, March 20, 2006 at the age of 73. He was born in Waco, Texas on February 9, 1933 to Joe Bailey and Lorene Mitchell.
He is survived by his wife, Shelia Mitchell; daughters, Sheila Mitchell, Laura Gore and husband, Terry; grandchildren, Melanie, Josh, Mikel, Valerie, Brandon, Jessica, Alisha, Tabitha, Zachary, and Adam; nine great-grandchildren; brothers, David Brown and wife, Valerie and many other loving family members and a host of friends beyond measure. HENRY

Jay Samson Henry, 63, of Houston died Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at home. He was born January 10, 1943 in Texarkana, Texas to parents Hershel and Isabel Kidd Henry. He graduated from Texas High School and attended University of Texas in Arlington. He served in the United States Navy. Mr. Henry has lived in Dayton-Houston area for the past 30 years and has worked as an accountant in the oil and gas industry.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 23, 2006 at Magnolia Park Cemetery with Rev. Jon Stouffer officiating.
Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Dayton, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother: John Paul Henry, and a sister: Patricia Owens. He is survived by his wife: Judy Remkes Henry of Dayton, son: Kyle J. Henry of Dallas, and daughter: Karen Elaine Henry and husband Larry of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Visitation for Mr. Henry will be 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Friday at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.

 

LAMBERT

Richard Alan Lambert, of Romayor, Texas, passed away March 21, 2006 at the age of 73. He was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Adam and Floy Lambert on August 10, 1932.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Lambert; sons, Richard and Stephanie Lambert, Chris Lambert, Kimbel Lambert; grandchildren, Megan Lambert, Lauren Elizabeth Lambert; sister, Mary Drake and many other loving family members and a host of friends beyond measure.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, March 22, 2006, 11:00 a.m. at Oak Shade Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.

 

Henry

Phillip Joseph “Flip” Henry, 27, of Houston died Thursday, March 23, 2006 at Memorial Hermann Hospital after an extended illness. He was born May 8, 1978 in Houston, Texas to parents William Henry and Deborah Henderson. He was a long time resident of Dayton where he attended Dayton High School and Lee College. He had worked as a free lance artist in Houston, was a member of Deviantart.com and was interested in Wild Animal Rehabilation. Phillip enjoyed travel, computers, music, and camping.
Service for Mr. Henry will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 26, 2006 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Dayton, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his Great-Grandparents: Thomas J. Barclay and Thelma Barclay; Paternal Grandmother: Fay McCann and Cousin: Terry Henderson. He is survived by his Mother: Deborah Iley of Dayton; Father: William Henry; Partner: Brian Stafford of Houston; Maternal Grandparents: Frank and Janice Henderson of Dayton; Aunts: Anna Burch and husband Randy of Denton, Pam Borkowski of Plugerville; also numerous cousins and a host of friends.

Deloris “Bubs” Brown of Cleveland, TX, passed away Friday, March 24, 2006 at the age of 59. She was born in Dayton, Texas on October 31, 1946 to Henry and Thelma “Dutch” Enloe Gingles.
She is survived by her husband, Truman Brown; daughters, Karen Richards and Nancy Summerville; grandchildren, Elizabeth Morgan, Lauren Nicole, W.S. “Billy” Richards and Holly Danielle, Lacy Michelle Summerville; Host of nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 27, 2006, 3:30 p.m. at Montague Church, Cleveland, Texas with interment at Montague Cemetery.

 

Jolloff

Thomas A. Jolloff, Jr. of Cleveland, TX, passed away Friday, March 24, 2006 at the age of 55. He was born in Lock Haven, Penn. on October 17, 1950 to Thomas and Faye Bowers Jolloff .
He is survived by his wife, Harriet Ann Jolloff; daughter, Christine Marie; son, Mark Gregory sister, Pam Yager and husband, Steve; brother, Robert Jolloff and wife, Bev; Father, Thomas Jolloff Sr. and wife, Nancy; Mother, Faye Jolloff; grandchildren, Jake and Haley Godejohn; Numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 28, 2006, 4:00 p.m. at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment at Morgan Cemetery.

 

Potez

John Paul Potez, Sr., 88, of Liberty, died Sunday, March 26, 2006, at home after an extended illness. He was born March 11, 1918 in Shady Side, Ohio to parents, Louis and Theresa Sinko Potetz, European immigrants. He grew up in Ohio and served in the U. S. Army during World War II. After returning from the war, John Paul moved to Florida, and on to Liberty in 1950. It was five years later when he co-created P & H Construction Company and in 1968 he created Potetz Home Center. He enjoyed hunting and fishing although he was a workaholic. He was quoted as saying, “If it is worth doing-it is worth doing right”.

Services for Mr. Potetz will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home with Mr. Roy Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Cooke Cemetery in Liberty.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister: Theresa Francis and his brother: Max Potetz. He is survived by sons: Louie Potetz and wife Susan of Liberty, Mike Potetz and wife Robin of Liberty, Johnny Paul Potez and wife Donna of Liberty; daughters: Theresa Potetz of Liberty, Ruth Cain of Liberty and Kerry Dillard and wife Glyn of Old River; Fourteen Grandchildren and Seventeen Great-grandchildren; sisters: Ann Devendra of Bellaire, Ohio and Coletta Sbrockey of Shady Side, Ohio.

The family will receive friends Monday, March 27, 2006, 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton, Texas

 

Everitt

Robert Dan Everitt of Cleveland, TX, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at the age of 70. He was born in Magnolia Community, Texas on January 22, 1936 to Ermie Grover Everitt and Gladys Gilbert Everitt.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Gertrude; Son, Dan Currie and wife, Teresa; Nephew/Son, Shannon and wife, Quitta; three nearly grandchildren, Amanda, Sandra, Anita Kay; four nearly great grandchildren, Garrett, Wesley, Breanna, Mayci; Sisters, Madelyn Lott, Maxine Dohman, Laverne Ellisor, Linda Hazen; Brother, Gilbert and wife, Falvey; along with being blessed with many, many great friends and relatives and a very special aunt and uncle, Bill and Corrine Turner. He is preceded in death by his father, Ernie G. Everitt and mother, Gladys Gilbert.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 30, 2006, 2:00 p.m. at Magnolia Baptist Church, Cleveland, Texas with interment at Magnolia Cemetery.

 

BAILEY

Myrtle P. Bailey, of Splendora, Texas, passed away March 30, 2006 at the age of 91. She was born in Oklahoma on October 4, 1913. Preceded in death by her husband, Jasper L. Bailey, parents, sisters and brothers.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Ferguson, Doris and Leon Wilson, Rita and Cloyce Nelson; sibling, Orval Pate, 5 grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 2, 2006, 2:00 to 9:00 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 3, 2006, 2:00 p.m. at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens.
