Luther "Luke" Henry Hunter

Luther “Luke” Henry Hunter, age 63 of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017. He was born February 16, 1954 in Dallas, Texas to parents William Earl Hunter and Marie Ellis. He is preceded in death by his father, William Earl Hunter; grandparents, Rosie Moreau, Luther Lehnis, Henry Hunter and Ocie Pearl; stepfather, Tommie J. Ellis; brother, Weldon Hunter; and nephew, Ricky Wariner.

Survivors include his mother, Marie Ellis; sister, Cindi Brewer; other survivors, Micky and Karen Wariner, Katie Wariner, Dakota Davis, Tony Wariner, Tyler and Haley Miles, Rena Hunter, Jessica Hunter and Tommie Cordell.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas.
