Vernon Duane Canard

Vernon Duane Canard, age 84 of Splendora, Texas, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017. He was born July 29, 1933 in Mountain View, Arkansas to parents Otis and Alice Canard who preceded him in death along with his loving wife, Berma Lee Canard.

Survivors include his sons, Otis Canard and wife Virginia, and Roy Canard and wife Angelina Canterbury; brother, Ivan Shaw; sisters, Bonnita Bangs and Vauda White; grandchildren, Amber Nichole Dickey and husband Matthew, Heather Ann Terry and husband Brandon, and Matthew Ray Canard; great-grandchildren, Taylor Marie Dickey, Shamus Allen Dickey, Ivee Rae, Ann Dickey and Jenssen Terry; numerous other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, December 11, 2017 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
