CYNTHIA BETH BRUMLEY-SEWELL

Born November 27, 1955, entered eternal rest April 23, 2018.

Cindy loved studying her Bible and had read it through several times. She made a profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and was baptized November, 1965, at Temple Oaks Baptist Church, Houston, Texas. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church, Coldspring, Texas and for the last few years was an active member of White Sulphur Springs Community Church, Montana, where she had resided.

Cindy loved camping with her family, fishing, reading and painting. Cindy was a licensed vocational nurse, a job she loved doing. Her children and grandchildren were the delight of her life. She loved animals and had two Chihuahuas, peanut and candy for 14 years.

Cindy was preceded in death by husband, Charles Sewell of Montana; and her beloved daughter, Hope Renee Padgett. She is survived by her son, James Landon Padgett; two daughters, Beth Ann Ludden and husband Jon, and Sarah Ellen Padgett and fiancé Johnny; daughter-in-law, Jamie Padgett; all of Coldspring, Texas; ex-husband and friend to the end, Bo Padgett; parents, Robert E. and Sarah E. Brumley; brother, Ronald Earl Brumley; sister, Una Elizabeth Mayfield and husband Pat; aunts, Martha Ann Legg, Martha Charrey, Sharon Swan, Pauline Brumley and Becky Brumley; loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cindy enjoyed her two grandsons and seven granddaughters, Jonathan Ludden, Alexander Garza, Tyler Padgett, Lauren Padgett, Lucasey Hildebrand, Amber Ludden, Tayla Jackson, Adriana Jackson and Zedaya Garza.

Cindy was a humble, kind and loving person and will be missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 27, 2018 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Coldspring, Texas with services to begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Hayman Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
