David Hay Carlos

David Hay Carlos, age 80 of Cleveland, Texas passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022. He was born October 7, 1941, in Baytown, Texas to parents David and Louise Carlos who preceded him in death along with grandson, Kain Williams.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Joyce Carlos; children, Connie Wise, Thomas David Carlos, Marlies Pady, David Fowler, Tammy Perry and husband Donavon; sister, Liddie Enloe; grandchildren, William Hall, Alicia Banks, Leslie Pady and Braydon Williams; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Carlos retired from HPD after 22 years of service and Montgomery County Sheriff's Office after 20 years. He was a member of the Cleveland United Methodist Church.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 10, 2022, at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at 12:45 p.m. at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
