Dorothy Marie Haddox

Dorothy Marie Haddox, 74, of Cleveland passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017.

Visitation for Mrs. Haddox will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Dayton. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 16, 2017 at His Presence Family Fellowship, 19814 Atasca Shores Drive, Humble, Texas 77346. Burial will follow at Huffman Cemetery in Huffman.

Mrs. Haddox was born February 11, 1943 in Palestine, Texas to parents, Clarence Bolton Kirksey and Amelia Sophia Moore Kirksey. She had been a resident of Cleveland since 1999 and was a former resident of Huffman. She loved her family, enjoyed doing crafts and her flowers.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Faye Grubbs, Doris Hobbs, and Carolyn Kimberling. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, John Edward Haddox of Cleveland; sons, Troy Wayne Henry and wife Ramona of Huffman and Michael O’Neil Henry and fiancé Lannette Riley of Cleveland; six grandchildren, Clayton Henry, Anna Solis, Brandy Anselmo, Heather Buck, Courtney Watts, and Brittany Scott; thirteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
