Douglas Arthur Dulaney

Douglas Arthur “Doug” Dulaney, 74 of Splendora, Texas, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2014. He was born June 27, 1940, in Porter, Texas, to parents, Allen Colean Dulaney and Minnie Lou Sallas Dulaney. He is preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife, Myrtle Ruddick and brother, Thomas Dulaney. Survivors include his daughters, Cassandra Louise Swetman and Fiancé Stephen Rorai, Debra Lynn Koen and husband John; sisters, Charlean Dulaney, Beatrice Sellers, Charolette Baker; brothers, Allen Dulaney and wife Arvie, Oliver Dulaney and wife Carol; grandchildren, Destiny Kunefke, Rachell Winn, James Swetman, Dougy Swetman; great grandchildren, Brooklynn Bonds and Justus Kunefke; numerous nieces, nephews, a host of other family members, and friends. He was loved beyond measure and will be missed by all. Visitation will be held Monday, September 29, 2014, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Brother Glenn Mead will preside over funeral services held Tuesday, September 30, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at Pace Stancil Chapel, with interment following at Plum Grove Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
