Edith Evelyn Sheffield

Edith Evelyn Sheffield, age 77 of Splendora, Texas, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018. She was born August 24, 1940 in Splendora, Texas to parents Jo David and Faye Strickland Hayden who preceded her in death along with her husband, Charles C. Sheffield, III.; and brothers, Bill Hayden, Ross Hayden and Floyd Hayden.

Survivors include her daughter, Charlotte Tracy and husband Jason; sons, David Sheffield and Meredith James, and Charles C. Sheffield, IV.; brother, Glenn Hayden; grandchildren, Duana Brashear, Ross Sheffield, David Lee Sheffield, Destiny Campbell, Hayden Tracy, Grant Tracy, Corey Sheffield and Colton Sheffield; great-grandchildren, Kylie Sheffield and Audrey Sheffield.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 6, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park, Cleveland, Texas.
