Gladys Jewell Mcwhorter

Gladys Jewell McWhorter, age 85 of Cleveland, Texas passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020. She was born May 3, 1935 in Liberty County, Texas to parents Claude Dalton and Ina Mae Croft who preceded her in death along with her husband, John Wilson; and son, James Wilson.

Survivors include her daughter, Ruby Propes; sons, Ronald McWhorter, John McWhorter, Richard McWhorter, Kenneth McWhorter and Bert McWhorter; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with services beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Ryan Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
