Greg Randall Hager

Greg was born February 25, 1984 in Alexandria, Louisiana to parents Greg Hager, Sr. and Linda Brown.

Greg and his family moved to Dayton in 1988. He attended Dayton High School. He married his High School sweetheart Nancy Tinajero. They raised three sons, Emmanuel, Samuel and Daniel.

He was currently an instructor at Arclabs Welding School. Greg enjoyed duck hunting and was an advocate animal lover. He was a loving son, brother, husband and devoted father. He was known affectionately as Randall for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.

Greg was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roy Hager.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy, his three sons Emmanuel, Samuel and Danny, his father, Greg Hager, Sr. (Ashley Shafer) his mother, Linda (Bob) Bodkins , his grandparents, Carol (Horace) Moore. He also leaves to mourn two brothers, Eric (Asha) Hager and Hasten Hager, a sister, Hannah Shafer; three sister in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A graveside service for Greg will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Magnolia Park Cemetery in Dayton. The Rev. Ronnie Webb of Old River Baptist Church is officiating the service under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers are Eric Hager, Greg Hager Sr., Emmanuel Hager, Mallory Nunez, Scott Raabe, and David Quiroz.
