Juline Petropolis, age 95 of Lindale, Texas passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022. She was born June 27, 1926, in Houston, Texas to parents Lydia and NE Wall who preceded her in death along with her husband, William Nicholas Petropolis (Bill); brothers, James Wall and N. E. Wall, Jr.; and son, Paul Edens Petropolis.

Juline was a member of Caring Hearts since it was formed in the Methodist Church. She loved helping the less fortunate. She contributed by writing cards monthly and making blankets for “Angels in Action.” She loved this organization that her son, Paul, started for cancer patients. Her church was so good to help her by contributing to Angels in Action. Juline worked for a few years as the manager of the Gibson Store Jewelry Department. She enjoyed this job and got to be near her husband, Bill who managed Gibson’s. Her best job was as a wonderful mother, homemaker, and great cook. Her hobbies that she loved were playing cards and drinking coffee with many precious friends. She dearly loved Cleveland! The people, church, and town in general.

Survivors include her daughter, Nikki Mitchell and husband Clark; grandchildren, Cari Bramlett and husband Jason, Chad Mitchell and wife Joyce, Nicholas Petropolis, Alexis Lucas and husband Pierre, Paula McNamer and husband Brady, Michelle Mickelson, and Kristin Ryan and husband Wes; great-grandchildren, Bailey and Brody Bramlett, Cole, Cade, and Cody Mitchell, Rose, Zoe, Mila, and Luna Lucas, Brock, Madeline, and Makenna Mickelson and Blake Finch, and Sophie, Noah, and Olivia Ryan; great-great-grandchild, Jace Mitchell; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Cleveland First United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas.
