Robert Lee Dyer, age 94, of Houston, Texas, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014. He was born March 27, 1919, in Fort Worth, Texas, to parents, Robert L. and Ethel Farleigh Dyer who preceded him in death along his wife, Bernice Wunderlich Dyer; and his son, Robert Louis Dyer. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 31, 2014, 10:30 a.m., at First Methodist Houston, 1320 Main Street @ Clay, Houston, Texas 77002, with Charles Thompson presiding. A graveside service will be held Monday, March 31, 2014, 2:00 p.m., at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas. Survivors include his daughter, Denise Dyer; daughter-in-law, Deborah Dyer; grandchildren, Jennifer Dyer Godbout and husband, Daniel; Kimberly Dyer Sparks and husband, Jonathon; Robert (Bubba) Dyer, III, Weston Etheredge, and Brenna Etheredge; great-grandchildren, Daniella Godbout and William Dyer-Sparks.
