Sallie Etta Willis

Sallie Etta Willis, age 93 of Splendora, Texas passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022. She was born November 14, 1928, in Liberty County, Texas to parents Charles and Lillie Campbell who preceded her in death along with her husband, Vernon Willis; daughter, Carolyn Smith; sons, Clarence Willis and Johnny Willis; grandsons, Jerry Eugene Willis, Jr., Clarence Duane Willis, and Kenneth Dale Willis; seven brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include her children, Velma Koster and husband Steve, Jerry Willis and wife Ginger, Roger Willis and wife Vickie, Darrell Akins and wife Margaret; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 21, 2022, at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Mt. Rose Cemetery, Livingston, Texas.
