Sarah Kay Holifield Coon

Sarah Kay Holifield Coon, age 51 of Jefferson, Texas, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014. She was born September 15, 1963 in Cleveland, Texas to parents Melvin and Ann Holifield. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Mike Walton; and son, Edward LaRoy Faulkner.

Survivors include her husband, Sidney Coon; parents, Melvin and Ann Holifield; daughter, Carolyn Renee Allison; son, Joel Edward Faulkner and wife Cindy; sister, Deborah Faye Wilkerson; brothers, Melvin Ray "Bubba" Holifield, and Micah Jay Holifield; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives.


Bro. Don Vann will preside over funeral services held 3:00 p.m., Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m., Friday, December 26, 2014 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.
