Virginia Bell Cannon

Virginia Bell Cannon, 87, of Silsbee, formally of Tarkington Prairie, passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at the Pine Arbor Nursing Center.
Graveside funeral services were held at Ryan Cemetery on January 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
Virginia was born in Splendora, Texas on July 9, 1928. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Silsbee.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, O.D. Cannon Jr.; parents, Fred and Oma Burrow; brother, Fred Burrow Jr.; sister, Ruby Mae Terrell, and son-in-law, Pat Scott.
Survivors include her sister, Oma Jean Waters and husband Kenneth, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; daughters, Nancy Dee Scott of Silsbee and Mona Sue Jarrell and husband E.L. of Sulphur, Louisiana; granddaughters, Teresa Robinson and husband Will, of Houston, Linda Grubb and husband Scott, of Fulshear, and Dona Jarrell, of Houston; great-granddaughters, Trinity, Riley, and Sydney Grubb, and Dana Robinson.

There will be a graveside service 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 4, 2015 at Ryan Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
