William "Billy" Carl Duncan

William “Billy” Carl Duncan, age 42, of Splendora, Texas, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2010. He was born in Houston, Texas on August 23, 1967 to Carlton Eugene and Patricia Ann Duncan who preceded him in death. Survivors include his daughters, Melissa and Rachael; brothers, Tommy and Olga Duncan, Kenneth and Sharon Duncan, Vance and Sheila Valentine; step-mother, Rosalee Duncan; sisters, Pam Valentine, Diane and Carlton Kervin; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and treasured friends.
