Barbara Ann Monks Connors, 73, of Whitestone, NY, died Friday, June 3, 2011, at the Kingwood Medical Center in Kingwood, TX. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Cleveland, TX. Barbara was born October 24, 1937 in New York City, NY, to parents; John Monks and Estelle Brancato, a former resident of Brooklyn, NY, and has resided in Whitestone for the past 40 years. Mrs. Connors was preceded in death by her father:  John Monks.  She is survived by her mother:  Estelle Brancato Kronowit of Cleveland, TX, sisters:  Gail Delk and husband Ted of Cleveland, TX, Lillian Martin and husband Peter of Queens, NY, and Susann Kronowit of CO, brothers:  Michael Pellicone and wife Ida of FL and George Kronowit and wife Tammy of FL, nephews:  Edward, Peter, and David Martin, Kristopher Delk, and Jared, Jeffrey and Graham Kronowit, niece:  Katina Delk, great-nieces:  Jamie and Jessica Martin, and numerous other relatives, and friends.
