Billie Lu Curtis, age 75, of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010. She was born November 10, 1935 in Olney, Texas to David and Thelma Mae Taylor who preceded her in death. Survivors include her loving husband, Jack Leonard Curtis; daughter, Kimberly D. Curtis Wooley; son Larry A. Curtis and wife, Tess; brother, Don Taylor and wife, Brenda; grandchildren, Heather Curtis DeVore, Ian W. Curtis, Gabriela Curtis, Jerry L. Wooley and wife, Kristina; great-grandchildren, Donavan DeVore, Megan DeVore, Michael Curtis, Cora Curtis, Calista Wooley; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and treasured friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2010, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Mike Minter will preside over funeral services being held Wednesday, December 29, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Coldspring, Texas with interment at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Coldspring, Texas.
