Billy Fred Hinkle, age 92 of Baytown, Texas passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2020. He was born January 12, 1928 in Mountain View, Arkansas to parents Alvie and Liza Alma Hinkle who preceded him in death along with his wife, Anna Lou Hinkle
Survivors include his son, Terry Hinkle and wife Gale; grandson, Billy R. Hinkle; and sister Betty Martin; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Ryan Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas, officiated by Bro. Andy Cherry.
