Blaine Edward Dugat, 62, of Dayton, Texas, passed away on October 22, 2026. He was born on March 26, 1964, in Dayton, Texas, to his father, George Edward Dugat.
Blaine was a longtime resident of Dayton and a former resident of Liberty, Texas. He was a member of South Dayton Baptist Church. Throughout his life, Blaine brought happiness and laughter to those around him. He had a way of making ordinary moments special, whether it was enjoying his favorite catfish dinner at Hartz Chicken, playing a game of Farkle, where he always seemed to win, or saying his unforgettable phrase, "I KNOW THAT'S RIGHT," in his deepest voice.
Blaine was loved by many, and his personality brought joy to everyone who knew him. He especially enjoyed the attention and friendships he gained through Facebook, where he became affectionately known as "Facebook Famous." It was something that brought him great happiness. His family will forever cherish the countless stories, laughter, and memories they shared with him. Being Blaine's sister was described as one of life's greatest blessings, and his presence will be deeply missed.
Although his passing leaves a tremendous void, his family finds comfort in knowing that Blaine is now in Heaven, reunited with loved ones, including his sister’s beloved dog Charlie, who passed away just days before him. They can only imagine Blaine already looking for someone to play a game of Farkle with.
Blaine was preceded in death by his father, George Edward Dugat.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sisters, Charlotte Dugat Carley and Dianna Dugat; along with numerous other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
