Bobby Dale Remmers, Jr.

Bobby Dale “BJ” Remmers, Jr., 27 of Dayton died Sunday, June 7, 2015, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 12, 2015, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with services concluding thereafter. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m.. to 2 p.m., Friday, at the funeral; home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Bobby was born September 23, 1987 in Liberty, Texas to parents Bobby Dale Remmers, Sr. and Shandra Brown. He was a lifelong resident of the Dayton area and attended Tarkington High School. Bobby enjoyed bull riding, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He had worked as a welder’s helper and had formerly worked for Stetson Logging. Bobby was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Ester Fortune, Barbara Little, Dorothy Kelley, and Orval Dudley. He is survived by his mother, Shandra Brown Bice and husband James of Mont Belvieu; his father, Bobby D. Remmers, Sr. of Dayton; sisters, Kandis Remmers of Tarkington Prairie and Robyn Presnull of Humble; brothers, Joshua Remmers and wife Sarah of North Carolina and Kenneth Evans, Jr. of Mont Belvieu; grandparents, Archie and Lizzie Remmers of Dayton, and Doug and Brenda Brown of Liberty; nephews, Taytum White, Brodeigh White, and Wyatt Bartee; niece, Sophia Gomez; also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
