Bobby Samuel Davis, 83, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024. He was born on April 26, 1940, in Conroe, Texas, to his late parents Riley Davis and Maude Golden Davis. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Mavis Wade, brother Raymond Davis, and son Griff Millard Sr.

Bobby is survived by his cherished wife of 49 years, Beatrice (BB) Davis; his children Ronnie Millard and wife Lisa, Terry Millard and wife Sharon, Brenda Millard Anderson and husband John; his brother Clarence Davis; his sister Elaine Patterson; his grandchildren, Aaron Bissell, Andrea Terna, Melissa Robertson, Griff Millard, Jr., Candace Millard, Ryan Snell, Casey Snell, Shelby Millard, Sydney Williamson, Matt Millard, Rachel Nevenschwander, Robert Robinson, Sr., Leslie Burkey, Terra Bell; great-grandchildren, Brandon Dowden, Bryan Bissell, Trey Terna, Rose Terna, Tressa Terna, Trevin Terna, Macey Millard, Gage Robertson, Dillyn Robertson, Ethan Millard, Raylee Millard, Peyton Kirchner, Aubree Snell, Easton Snell, Gracee Snell, Charlie Millard, Riley Williamson, Delaney Williamson, Madeline Williamson, Addison Millard, Ella Nevenschwander, Hudson Nevenschwander, Amelia Robinson, Robert Robinson, Jr., Emily Burkey, Ryley Burkey, Brady Bell; great-great-grandchildren, Marilyn Guillory, Keagen Guillory; along with numerous nieces and nephews, and cherished friends.

Growing up in Spring, Texas provided Bobby with a delightful childhood. At the age of 18, he embarked on a career with the Texas Department of Transportation which spanned 37 years until his retirement. A faithful member of Central Baptist Church in Cleveland, Texas. Family meant everything to Bobby; he was a constant presence at every holiday celebration and significant family event throughout the years.  His nearly five-decade long marriage with BB brought him immense happiness as they journeyed through life together.

There will be a visitation held on Tuesday, February 20th from 5pm-8pm at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland, Texas. Bobby’s funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 21st at 2pm in the Pace-Stancil Chapel.  Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park.  Griff Millard, Jr., Shelby Millard, Brandon Dowden, Trey Terna, Bryan Bissell, and Trevin Terna will serve as pallbearers.  Ryan Snell, Matthew Millard, Peyton Kirshner and Gage Robertson will serve as honorary pallbearers.
