Christie Charmain Garcia, age 39 and a resident of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Thursday, August 01, 2013. She was born in Houston, Texas on February 01, 1974. She is preceded in death by her father Reno Garcia; maternal grandparents Richard and Joyce Morgan; paternal grandparents Severino and Nica Garcia. Survivors include her mother Sylvia Darnell; brother Morgan Kowis; sister Jilian Lloyd Roy; nephews, Jacob and Tyler; nieces Ashlynn, Addison and Ava. Visitation will be held Monday, August 05, 2013, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Rev. Billy Walker will preside over funeral services being held Tuesday, August 06, 2013, 12:30 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel. Interment will be held at South Park Cemetery, Pearland, Texas.
