Clarence Lelan Pike, Jr.

Clarence Lelan Pike, Jr. 72 of Baytown passed away, Friday February 22, 2019 in Baytown, Harris County, Texas, after a lengthy illness. He was in Port Arthur, Jefferson County, Texas to his parents Clarence Lelan Pike, Sr. and Emma Lee Schram Pike.

Clarence had been a resident of Baytown for the past five years and had lived in Dayton for 30 years prior to moving to Baytown. He served his country as a United States Marine. Clarence owned and operated Lee’s Electric in Dayton for many years. He was a driven, hard-working man. Clarence loved being on the water, he built his own shrimp boat and spent many hours shrimping. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Clarence loved his dogs. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents; his sons, Aaron Pike and Adam Pike; daughter, Shiloh Hightower and brother, Leroy Pike.

Clarence is survived by his wife of 35 years, Trisha Pike; daughter Shawna Stanford; brother, James Pike and wife, Carolyn; sisters, Linda Miller and husband, Allen and Kay McIntosh; grandchildren; Zane Weston, Rowan Weston, Pierce Weston, Sarah Dusenberry and husband, Malachi, Joseph Hightower, Matthew Lucas, Jacob Pike, and Cara Pike; great-grandchildren, Theo and T. J. Dusenberry, Daynaca Hightower, and one-on-the-way; also his fur-babies, Wookie, Shuggy and Loo; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
