Denise Willene Stephens

Denise Willene Stephens was born May 24, 1963 in Searcy, Arkansas to parents, Billy Jackson and Sue Noble Jackson. She passed away in Cleveland, Texas on June 12, 2025 at the age of 62 years. Denise and Freddy owned LP Gas for 17 years where she was secretary and the boss. Denise loved the Lord and attended the Cowboy Church. She enjoyed being in her garden and greenhouse and could grow anything. Denise also found pleasure in playing Bingo. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be deeply missed by all that loved her. 

Denise was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Sue Jackson. She is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years, Freddy Stephens; children, Steven Stephens and wife Courtnie, and Brandy Squier and husband Eric; brothers, David Jackson and Donny Jackson; half-brothers, Dale Loftis and Shane Loftis; sister, Sabrina Ryan; grandchildren, Lance Stephens, Harlee Stephens, Stephanie Stephens, Kynsleigh Stephens, Erica Squier, Breck Squier, and Cade Squier; numerous great-grandchildren; and Aunt Linda. 

Visitation will be at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 10am-12pm. Graveside Service will be Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 12:30pm at Ryan Cemetery in Tarkington with Pastor Troy Moore officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be, Steven Stephens, Lance Stephens, Bubba Hardin, Roy Files, Jimmy Joe Robison, and Bubba Crye.
