Frances Martinez

Frances Martinez was born September 19, 1960 in Sugarland, Texas to parents, Silbino Martinez and Juanita Delgado Martinez. She passed away July 3, 2023 in Cleveland, Texas at the age of 62. She loved her children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Silbino and Juanita Martinez; brother, Lupe Martinez; and sister, Magdalen Carrizales. She is survived by her children, Anthony Arroyo and wife Melissa, Adam Arroyo, Monica Ramirez and husband Juan; grandchildren, Ksandra Ramirez, Juan Angel Ramirez, Anthony Ramirez, Anthony Arroyo, Isaac Arroyo, Andrew Arroyo, Angelica Arroyo, Adam Arroyo, Jr.; brothers, Fernando Martinez and Silbino Martinez II; sister, Mary Ann Castillo and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be in the Pace-Stancil Chapel on Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 6pm-8pm. A funeral service is scheduled for Friday, July 14, 2023 in the Pace-Stancil Chapel at 10am. Burial will follow in the Cleveland Memorial Park.
