Frank James Millican

Frank J. Millican, 84, of Cleveland, died Friday, December 28, 2012, at the ICON Hospital in Humble. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Apple Springs. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland. Frank was born September 28, 1928 in Wakefield, to parents; James S. and Clora Lovette Millican, and has resided in the Cleveland/Splendora area throughout his life. He was a retired carpenter, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening. Mr. Millican was preceded in death by his father: James Solaman Millican, mother: Clora Lovette Millican, wife: Sarah Millican, and grandson: Terry Millican, Jr. He is survived by his sons: Gary Millican and wife Diana of Cleveland, Terry Millican and wife Shelia of Cleveland, and Jerry Millican of Cleveland, daughter: Vickie Trawick of Cleveland, stepchildren: Clyde Graves and wife Donna, Henry Smith and wife Kim, Elyndia Smith, Patricia Erwin and husband Chris, and Samuel Smith, sisters: Katie Cutler and Jennie Mae, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
