Fredrick Addison Howard, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on February 21st, 2025, at the age of 90. Fredrick was born to parents Edgar Howard and Bertie Stout Howard in Cleveland, Texas, on May 13th, 1935. Fred loved to be outdoors, whether he was working out in the garden or going hunting. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Fred is survived two daughters, Carolyn Squier and her husband Mike, of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Cindy Manahan and her husband Frank of Flatonia, Texas. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Velma Howard; by his son Freddie Ray Howard of Houston, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Parkinson’s research.

A graveside service for Fred will be held at a later date. All arrangements handled under the trusted care of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home.
