Ila Pauline "Walters" Hornberger

Ila Pauline “Walters” Hornberger, age 85, of Goodrich, Texas, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010. She was born in Goodrich, Texas on October 2, 1924 to George T. and Maude Walters who preceded her in death along with five brothers. Survivors include her beloved husband, Wilbur A. Hornberger; son Fred D. and wife, Jana Hornberger; daughter, Lynda M. and husband, Kenneth Biggs; granddaughters, Steffanie and husband, Barry Bond, Patrice and husband, Eric Carhart, Kyndra “Beth” and husband, Joseph Watson, Kara and husband, Ian Martin; great-grandsons, Austin Bond, Taylor Bond, Patrick Goodwin, Bailey Carhart; great-granddaughters, Cody Goodwin, Briana Martin, Angela Watson, Lyndy Martin; sister, Lavina Ray; numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving and caring family members and treasured friends throughout the years. Visitation will be held Friday, April 16, 2010, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 17, 2010, 2:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel. Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 17, 2010, 5:00 p.m. at Peebles Cemetery, Goodrich, Texas.
