Jackie Marrion Ragan was born July 31, 1942 in New Boston, Texas to parents, Luther Ragan and Jewel Patsy Swann Ragan. He passed away in Cleveland, Texas on February 4, 2026 at the age of 83. Jackie proudly served our country in the US Army. He retired as a plant worker for the Dixie Chemical Company. Jackie was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Jewel Patsy Ragan; brothers, JW Ragan, Thomas Matthews, Wayne Waterson, and Pete Waterson. Jackie is survived by his beloved sons, Eric Ragan and Grady Matthews; brother, Butch Ragan; sister, Patsy Ragan; niece, Heather Ragan.
