Villegas, Jr
August 12, 1953 — October 13, 2026
Jesus Villegas, Jr., age 73, was born on August 12, 1953, in Harlingen, Texas, and passed away on October 13, 2026, in Splendora, Texas. He leaves behind a lifetime of precious memories, a loving family, and a legacy of love that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Jesus was preceded in death by his father, Jesus Villegas; his mother, Santos Villegas Valdez; and his brother, Jose Villegas.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Cristina Villegas; his beloved children, Diana Aracely Villegas, Jesus Villegas III, Helen Villegas, and Alejandra Villegas; his cherished grandchildren, Jacob Rene Aguirre, Benjamin Rene Aguirre, Carter Leeray Jones, Jade Aracely Arnett, Adriana Briella Bolian, and Isaiahs Gael Villegas Ortiz; his daughter-in-law, Laryssa Schiflet; and his sons-in-law, Jeffrey Arnett, Joel Abilio Itzep Ajca, and Jeremy D. Bolian, along with other loving family members and dear friends.
Although saying goodbye is never easy, those who loved Jesus can find comfort in knowing that the bond of family and the memories created together can never be taken away. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and his love a gift that will continue to live on in the hearts of his family.
Today, we say goodbye to our beloved father, husband, grandfather, and friend. He was a hardworking man who enjoyed life, the outdoors, fishing, and spending time with those he loved. He loved his wife dearly, took great pride in his family, and left behind precious memories that we will forever carry in our hearts.
Today, we shed tears because we loved him so deeply, and his absence brings us great sorrow. Yet, we give thanks to God for the gift of his life, for every moment we shared, and for all the love he left behind.
May the Lord bring comfort to his wife, wrap His loving arms around his children and grandchildren, and give strength to all who are missing him today.
Rest in peace, Dad. May God give us the strength to carry on and the hope that one day we will be reunited again in His heavenly presence.
Amen.
