Joan Marie Posey

Joan Marie Posey was born in Houston, TX on January 10, 1935, to Ernest Sealous Creel and Eleanor Louise Fair Creel. She passed away in Spring, TX on June 17, 2025, at age 90. Joan was predeceased by her parents, husbands Robert N. Davis, Allen Stokes, Thurman Posey, and siblings Audrey Posey, Hazel Creel, and Richard Creel.

She is survived by her brothers Fred (Barbara), Howard (Kathy), David (Barbara), and Paul (Belinda); daughters Dorothy Roberts (Bart Brooks), Shelby Haesche (Christopher); sons Robert Davis (Melissa), Ernest Davis (Paula); 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and many extended family members.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 28, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Tomball First Free Will Baptist Church, Tomball, TX 77377.
