Joel Thomas Elliott, age 61 of The Woodlands, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019. He was born March 4, 1957 in Houston, Texas to parents Dewey Oscar Elliott, Jr. and Joyce Richardson Elliott who preceded him in death along with his grandparents, Alvin and Nannie Bell Richardson, and Eunice and Dewey Elliott.
Mr. Elliott is survived by his sister, Deborah Elliott and numerous cousins and friends
His service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 25, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas officiated by Rev. Andy Cherry. Interment will follow at Holly Grove Cemetery, Segno, Texas.
