Joyce Fay Fields-Crowell

Joyce Fay Fields-Crowell, 70, of Dayton, died Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at the Arboretum Nursing Home in Winnie. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 26, 2010, at the Resthaven Cemetery in Brady, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Joyce was born December 14, 1939 in Brady, to parents; Ira “Jack” and Iris Mae Walters Miller, a former resident of Austin, and has resided in the Dayton area for the past 14 years. She was a homemaker, graduate of the Brady High School, member of the First Baptist Church of Brady, and enjoyed cooking, her yard, flowers, and especially her dogs. Mrs. Fields-Crowell was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her brother. She is survived by her daughter: Lisa White and husband Randy Williams of Dayton, sons: Ricky Fields of Leander and Lee Crowell of San Diego, CA, grandchildren: Tanner, Lindsey, and Wesley Fields, Mikayla White, and Abygail Crowell, one great-grandchild: Isabella Fields, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
