Mack Sweeten

Mack Bartley Sweeten of Cleveland Tx, born on February 10th, 1956 sadly has passed away on April 22th, 2025.Leaving behind so many who will miss him dearly, his wife Peggy Sweeten, daughter Jamie Sweeten, step daughter Jody Shilling and his only grandson Tyler Sweeten. His happiest years was his time with his grandson whom he cherished and loved and his nephew Clint Sweeten whom he took in as his own son after Clints fathers passing years prior. Mack was a devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather. He was a quiet and kind soul who rarely shown emotion but loved with his whole heart. Preceded in death his step son Tyler Sweeten and raised by his mother Gladys Sweeten and father Hamilton Sweeten of Cleveland Tx. Mack leaves behind surviving sisters Edna Crisp of Woodville and Laura Hegler of Livingston Tx along with two brothers Lloyd Sweeten of Ace Tx and Lewis Sweeten of Ace Tx, also numerous neices and nephews great neices and nephews. Mack was the baby out of all his siblings. He was very proud to be a member of the Masonry society as well. Most times you'd find him fishing with his brother Lloyd or at the deer lease with Clint hunting. He also took pride in mechanic work and fixing things. He was well known as the one who could fix anything. Mack loved his family and worked hard his entire life as a propane delivery driver and a logger to provide for his family and was a very devoted husband to his wife caring for her even until his last days of life. His infectious big smile will be so dearly missed by very many.
