Mack Owen Wilkinson was born in Meridian, Mississippi on August 9, 1939 to parents, Ellis C. Wilkinson and Claudean Allan Wilkinson. He entered Heavens Gates on October 28, 2025 at the age of 86. Mack spent the majority of his life in Splendora, Texas. He had a great love for Jesus Christ, his personal Savior, and he had a genuine love for others. Mack enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and doing wood working with cedar. Mack was also known for his good cooking and was famous for his gumbo. He loved his family greatly and will be missed by everyone that knew him. Mack was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Linda Wilkinson; brother, Harold Wilkinson; sister, Carol Williams; great grandson, Hudson Harman; son in law, David Cherry. He is survived by his beloved children, Lisa Wilson and husband Brian, Pam Harman and husband Gary, Stephanie Coleman and husband Danny, and Tina Cherry; brothers, Duck Wilkinson, Jim Wilkinson, and Phillip Wilkinson; sisters, Gail Kenard and Roma Jean Wilkinson; grandchildren, Chad Wilson, Gary Harman, Crystal Harman, Amber Guys, Devin Coleman, Melinda Northway, Danni Ritchie, and Heather Cherry; great grandchildren, Makayla Harman, Mason Harman, Hunter Harman, Olivia Moses, Everett Northway, Wyatt Northway, Easton Ritchie, Rodie Ritchie, Emma Coleman, Rhett Coleman, Parker Coleman, Brett Guys, and Carter Guys; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 5-7pm. Funeral Service is scheduled for Sunday, November 2, 2025 at 2pm in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Glen Mead officiating. Burial will follow in the Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be, Duck Wilkinson, Phillip Wilkinson, Jim Wilkinson, Gary Harman, Devin Coleman, and Ian Ritchie.
