Margaret Ann Sherman

Margaret Ann Fitzgerald Sherman, 63, of Cleveland, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016, at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at a later date, at Brookside Memorial Park in Houston. Local arrangements are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland.

Margaret was born September 21, 1952 in Houston, to parents; Henry Lee and Rosa Lee Landers Fitzgerald, a former resident of Splendora, and has resided in the Cleveland area for the past 25 years. She was a graduate of MacArthur Hugh School and a machinist by trade. She enjoyed collecting and watching the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans football. Margaret was also a member of the women’s professional football league and roller derby in her younger years.

Mrs. Sherman was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brothers: Henry Lee Fitzgerald and wife Gail of Hockley and Donald Ray Fitzgerald and wife Wanda of Cleveland, nephew: Billy Fitzgerald of Spring, and numerous other relatives, and friends.
