Molly Sue Clark, age 83, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 20, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born in Taylor, Texas, on June 25, 1942, Molly was a woman of quiet strength, deep faith, and unwavering devotion to her family. She married the love of her life, David Clark, and together they built not only a home but a legacy. In 1976, they made Cleveland, Texas their home, where they founded Clark Machine Company and later acquired Cleveland Machine Company, working side by side through many devoted years.
Molly’s love for her family and for the Lord shaped every part of her life. After retirement, she continued to care for her family in the most heartfelt way — preparing a full homemade meal every day, served promptly at noon, a tradition that brought her family together daily and created cherished memories.
When she wasn’t in the kitchen, Molly could be found tending to her beloved miniature horses at Clark’s Miniature Horse Farm, where at one time she lovingly cared for 65 of them. Her connection with animals, especially her cherished fur baby, Turk, was a true reflection of her nurturing spirit.
Molly was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 52 years, David Clark, and her parents, Herbert and Mary Dollahite.
She leaves behind a family who adored her: her faithful daughter, Sheri Clark Miller and husband Wayne; her cherished granddaughter, Jennifer Nicole Bali and husband Arend; and great-grandson, Braxten Lane Roundy. She is also survived by her dear sister, Mary Lou Robertson; niece, Kasey Littrell; and a host of friends who were blessed by her love, warmth, and kindness.
Molly’s life was one of dedication, grace, and deep-rooted love. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her steady presence, and the way she brought comfort and joy to everyone around her.
She was truly one of a kind — a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her memory will live on in the lives she touched.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025 from 5pm-8pm at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland, Texas. A graveside service will be held for Molly on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 10am at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens in Cleveland, Texas.
