Myrtle "Bea" Hayden

Myrtle Beatrice “Bea” Hayden was born July 22, 1940 in Newton, Texas to parents, Alson Simmons and Zealy Craft Simmons. She passed away in Centerville, Texas on August 5, 2023 at the age of 83. Bea worked for numerous years for the Splendora ISD in the cafeteria. She loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Bea was preceded in death by her parents, Alson and Zealy Simmons; husband, Fred Gene Hayden; son, Roger Sutton; brothers, Marvin Simmons and Enoch Simmons; sister, Laverne Dubose. She is survived by her daughters, Christy Sutton, and Mary Elizabeth Boles and husband Tommy; sisters, Thelma Jane McKinney and Shirley Dubose; grandchildren, Chris, Justin, Jeremy, Sara, Dale, Crystal Gail, Sonya and Steven.

Visitation will be in the Pace-Stancil Chapel on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 9am-11am. Funeral Service will begin at 11am with Bro. Thomas Bolton officiating. Burial will follow in Pilgreen Cemetery (Hayden Cemetery) in Conroe, Texas.
