Patsy Laverne Biano

Patsy Biano passed away December 17, 2024. She was born on September 18, 1945, in Beaumont, Texas to her parents, Luther and Irene Milner. Patsy grew up in the Segno oil fields and attended school at Big Sandy. She is a 1964 Valedictorian at Big Sandy High School. Patsy was a licensed beautician for sixty years, spending her career owning and operating beauty shops in Cleveland, Wood Branch, and at her home. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Irene Moye Milner; brothers, Lonnie Frank Milner, and Jay Milner. Patsy is survived by her husband of 50 years, Carl Biano; son, Craig McPike and his wife, Jennifer; daughter, Amanda Biano Lockhart and her husband, Jess; brothers, Luther Milner and his wife, Cheryl, Lewis Milner and his wife, Barbara; sister, Peggy Williams and her husband, John; grandchildren, Lauren Moore, William McPike, Kyle McPike, Sarah McPike, Christian Lockhart, Paige Lockhart, David Lockhart, and Sean Lockhart. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. 

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, December 20, 2024, at Pace Stancil Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 21, 2024, in the Chapel at Pace Stancil Funeral Home 303 East Crockett St. Cleveland, Texas 77327. The interment will follow at Morgan Cemetery.
