Randy Barker Storms, age 50 of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019. He was born August 15, 1968 in Goshen, New York to parents Herbert and Frances Barker Storms who preceded him in death along with his brother, Edward Storms; aunt and uncle, Emile, Sr. and Emily Stevens.
Randy loved to cook, spend time with family, and had a strong faith in the Lord.
Survivors include his wife, Tara Storms; son, PVT. Joshua Holt; sisters, Mary Conklin, Amanda Clifton and husband Scott; brother, Robert Storms and wife Edie; nieces, Rebecca, Scotty and Noah; cousins, Jay and Lori Barker, Matthew and Pam Stevens, Emile, Jr. and Lauren Stevens, Keith and Tami Stevens, Ginger and Curtis Cherry, Jessie and Jim Roost; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
