Randy Randall Stout was born July 7, 1952 in Wills Point, Texas to parents, Willie Magan Stout and Ethel Dawson Stout. He entered Heaven’s Gates on March 26, 2026 at the age of 73. Randy worked many years as a Master Plumber and had a love for God and for his family. Randy will be greatly missed by everyone that loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Ethel Stout; sister, Barbaree Patton. Randy is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Virginia Stout; brothers, Roger Stout and Derrick Stout. Visitation will be at the Jesus Global Methodist Church on Saturday, March 4, 2026 from 11am-1pm. Funeral Service will begin at 2pm with Rev. Bill Posey officiating. Burial will follow in the Restland Memorial Park in Livingston, Tx.
