Raven Dawn Lyle

Raven Dawn Lyle, 46, of Dayton, Texas, passed away on January 2, 2026. She was born on December 5, 1979, in Galveston, Texas, to Larry Bruce Lyle and Barbara Ann Bertrand.

Raven was a resident of Dayton, Texas for over 25 years. She grew up in Lumberton, Texas, and later moved to Dayton when she began high school, where she formed many lifelong friendships. She attended Simmons Bottom Assembly of God and lived a simple, meaningful life rooted in faith, love for family, and compassion for others.

Raven was full of life and had a deeply caring heart. She loved helping people and always tried to support those around her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and close friends, adored her cats, and liked relaxing and pinging at the game room. Her kindness, warmth, and generous spirit left a lasting impact on everyone she met.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry Bruce Lyle and Barbara Ann Bertrand; her brothers, Tim Lyle and Arthur Lyle; her sister, Patricia Lyle and her children, Jayson Edgley and Sydney Edgley.

Raven is survived by her daughters, Brianna Edgley, Lindsey Riggins, and Ivy Langley; her sons, David Trager Jr., Trevor Edgley, and Lil David Langley; her brothers, Donald Lyle and Clifford Lyle; her grandchild, JohnMason Edgley; and other loved ones including William Langley, Harmon Pierce, Jessica Boulier, and Teria Noack.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton, Texas.

Raven Dawn Lyle will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her caring heart and willingness to help others will forever be remembered.
