Rosa Charlene Hoagland

Rosa Charlene Hoagland, age 61, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday, February 24, 2012 at her residence. She was born October 20, 1950 in Cleveland, Texas to parents Charlie Jewel Kelley and Thelma Lou Chumley. She is preceded in death by her father. She will be remembered lovingly by her mother Thelma Lou Stout; daughter LaRhonda Tucker; sisters Charlotte Breazeale and husband Butch, Trudy Wallace and husband Jessie; brothers Billy Kelley and wife Gwen, Carroll Kelley and wife Vickey, and Dan Kelley and Lisa Miller; grandchildren Falon, Trinity, Garrett Tucker as well as numerous other treasured family members and a host of faithful friends beyond measure.
