Sharon Ann Bridges

Sharon Ann Bridges, 67, of Dayton died Thursday, November 2, 2017.

Services for Mrs. Bridges will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 10, 2017 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Dayton. The family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at the funeral home.

Sharon was born September 23, 1950 in Gonzales, Texas to parents Clarence Ivey and Annie Yates Ivey. She had been a long time resident of Dayton and had previously lived in the Northshore and Channelview area.

Mrs. Bridges was preceded in death by her parents; son, Shawn Bridges, and brothers, Bobby West and Kenneth West. She is survived by her son, David Asher of Lufkin; daughter, Shari Bridges and Tara Bridges of Dayton; brother, Clarence Ray Ivey and wife Carrie of BeBe; sister, Louise West of Stockdale; grandchildren, Daiva Asher, Eric Bridges, Austin Bridges, Alani Bridges, and David Asher; great grandchild, Daveah Asher; also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
