Stephen “Stevo” Van Sadler II., age 45, of Smiley, Texas, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born November 27, 1968, in Cleveland, Texas, to parents: Steve and Harlene Sadler. He is preceded in death by his father: Steve Sadler; grandparents: Van and Ruth Sadler; Harley and Lois Cupps; aunt: Betty Cupps; and cousin: Marc Andrew McCraw. Survivors include his mother: Harlene Sadler; sister: Sandi Sandler Whiton and husband, Trevor; nephew: Ian Whiton; aunts and uncles: Dr. Robert Cupps; Sue McCraw Chapman and husband, Frank; Gina Foote and husband, Brian; cousins: Jason Cupps and wife, Tess; Lisa Smith and husband, Jay; Mandee McAdams and husband, Mark; Micah McCraw, Megan Blankenship and husband, Tommy; and Drew Foot. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 26, 2014, First Baptist Church, 400 W. Hanson, Cleveland, Texas, with Dr. Robert Cupps presiding. Interment will follow at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas.
