Terry Carl Powell, age 62 of Coldspring, Texas passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021. He was born January 21, 1959 in Houston, Texas to parents Adolph Luther Powell and Annie Henley Powell who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Bobby Jack Powell, Tommy Lynn Powell, and James Dale Powell.
Survivors include his brother, Bill Powell; sister, Barbara Smith; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
