Tommy Lee Sheppeard

Tommy Lee Sheppeard was born in Eupora, Mississippi on January 11, 1948 to parents, Luther Martin Sheppeard and Addie Lee Weeks Sheppeard. He passed away on August 22, 2025 at the age of 77 years.

Tommy proudly served our country in the US Army. He was a asbestos worker for Local #22 for many years. Tommy’s greatest love was for his wife and family, and he will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him and loved him.

Tommy is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Eve Sheppeard; beloved children, Tommy Lee Sheppeard Jr., David Allen Sheppeard, Sheila Joanna Everett, and Shannon Christine Sheppeard; sister, Virginia Lee Sheppeard; grandchildren, Stacie Nichole Hopkins and husband Leslie Hopkins, Alexis Alexandria Sheppeard, Johnathan Sheppeard and wife Ariel Sheppeard, Micah Sheppeard and wife Taylor, Hailey Ellen Salazar and husband Jose Salazar, Rachel Michelle Everett and husband Rashad Johnson, Cameron Everett and wife Carolyn Richardson, Blake Anthony Carter, Randy Micah Everett Jr., Cody Layne Mathews, and Ashlee Nichole Everett; great-grandchildren, Adrian Cyrese Johnson, Noe, Haedynn Lane Sheppeard, Myles Waelynn Sheppeard, Zoey, Bailey, Bella, Sophia, Levi, Kyson, Grayson, Carmen, Paislee, Parker, Hazel, and Peyton; nieces, Tina Avent and Mary Sheppeard.

Visitation will be at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 2-4pm. Graveside Service is scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 1:45pm at the Houston National Cemetery. Full Military Honors will be provided by the Houston Honor Guard.
