Wayne Lamar Allen was born in Livingston, Texas on November 8, 1936 to parents, Cecil Allen and Alma Lee Pogue Allen. He passed away in Kerrville, Texas on November 21, 2025 at the age of 89. Wayne worked as a supervisor for Gulf States/Entergy for 41 years. He was a resident of New Caney and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church. He and his wife Glenda loved the Hill Country and they have lived in Kerrville for over 20 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Alma Lee Allen; beloved daughter, Mitzy Anette Allen Reinhardt; sisters, Delores and Gerry. Wayne is survived by his beloved wife Glenda Ray Allen. Visitation will be at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home on Wednesday. November 26, 2025 from 10-11am. Graveside Service is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 11:30am in the Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens Cemetery with Bro. Carl Williamson officiating.
